The firm was founded in 1996 by Dr. Ikramul Haq, an international tax lawyer, researcher, author and lecturer who is a contributor to world-renowned International Bureau of Fiscal Documentations (IBFD) publications on transfer pricing, advance rulings, and taxes and investments in South Asia and Pacific.
